Every day is Earth Day at PPS!

For April 17th - 24th, especially, we hope that everyone in our school community will take a moment to think about how they can make the earth and our community a better place.

This year’s website offers fun ways to engage and take action from school and from home. Find teaching resources, ways to get involved across PPS and in the community, plus April Earth Month events below. Enjoy!

  • Become a School Sustainability Champion

We just launched a brand new program -- it's the grassroots arm of the PPS Climate Policy implementation, and you can be a part of it! We are looking for any staff who work inside a PPS school to sign up as School Sustainability Champions. You'll co-create a collaborative network of teachers and staff who work with students, administrators, and central office sustainability folks to build student-led programs in our schools!

If you think you might be interested, email us at sustainability@pps.net or fill out this interest survey.
